My Profile

My professional journey began as an officer and helicopter pilot in the German Armed Forces. Early on, I learned that effective leadership requires focus, clarity, and genuine care for people – especially under pressure. After transitioning to the energy sector, I built a career defined by transformation – structural, cultural, and personal. As an HR generalist and CHRO I guided complex organisations through change, built trusted partnerships with diverse stakeholders and employee representatives, and aligned people strategies with long-term business objectives. Today, as an executive coach, strategic advisor, and supervisory board member, I work with leaders, board members, and organisations navigating change. My ambition: to combine strategic foresight with human insight – and to enable lasting change through empathy and an unwavering commitment to people.
